Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. For the Cake, beat all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened, scraping side of bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or until well blended
  3. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack
  5. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread cake with Frosting

  • 1 package Instant Pudding Mix, Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon Ground

  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Urban Meadow® Butter
  • 1 box Urban Meadow® Confectioner's sugar
  • 3 Urban Meadow® Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Urban Meadow® Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
