- Preheat oven to 400 degrees°F
- Pulse flour, butter, salt in food processor.#3 Add water tablespoon at a time, pulsing for 15 seconds. shape dough, refrigerate 2 hours.#4 Roll onto floured surface.#5 To Prepare Tart roll out crust and press up sides into tart pan. Place in refrigerator
- Prepare red onion by placing on lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Roast until onions become soft and caramelized
- Meanwhile in a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until well incorporated. Season well with salt and fresh cracked pepper
- Distribute sausage, Mifroma® Gruyere, and red onion evenly on the bottom of the prepared crust. Pour egg mixture over it. Place in oven on bottom rack for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown and center is just set
