  1. In large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
  2. In a separate bowl whisk together milk, butter, eggs, and yolk
  3. Pour the milk mixture into the flour and stir just until combined
  4. Fold in cheese, ham, and chives
  5. Heat waffle iron and spray or butter both sides
  6. Add batter carefully and cook until golden brown
  7. Serve immediately with maple syrup, if desired

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 3/4 cups Whole Milk
