Guacamole Cheddar Burger - Urban Meadow®

Directions
- Place the unthawed beef patty in a bowl and begin to season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika and 1 teaspoon salt, using your hands to thoroughly cover
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side or until medium rare. Top with cheese and cook another minute or until cheese melts
- In a separate medium pan, cook slices of bacon until crispy on both sides
- While burgers are cooking, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of a lime, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cilantro and mash until a few pieces of avocado remain
- Place a slice of tomato, onion and lettuce on the buns, top with cheese, two slices of bacon, a large spoonful of guacamole and top with remaining bun

- 1/2 teaspoon ea garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon ea Urban Meadow® Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ea kosher or sea salt, divided
- A sprinke of ea ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 ea avocados
- 1 ea small lime
- 1 tablespoon ea chopped cilantro
- 6 slices ea cheddar cheese
- 6 ea Urban Meadow® Hamburger Rolls
- 1 ea tomato, lettuce and onion, sliced to garnish
