Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 356°F
  2. In a small bowl, mix panko, cornmeal, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt
  3. In a separate bowl mix olive oil, Violife Just like Cream Cheese and maple syrup
  4. Dip the cauliflower florets into the olive oil mixture and then dip into the panko mixture. Place on a lined baking tray and repeat with the remaining cauliflower
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. In a bowl mix cabbage, lime juice and cumin and set aside
  7. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a frying pan on both sides
  8. For the sauce, mix Violife Just like Cream Cheese and sriracha sauce with a whisk and add a spoonful to each tortilla. Top with cabbage, cauliflower and Violife Just like Colby Jack shreds
  9. Garnish with coriander and lime wedges

  • to taste ea pepper
  • 1 tbsp ea Urban Meadow® olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ea maple syrup
  • 1 (7.5 oz) pkg ea Violife Just Like Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp ea sriracha sauce
  • 2 cup ea red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 ea lime juice
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg ea Violife Just Like Colby Jack shreds
  • 8 ea corn tortillas
  • to garnish ea coriander
  • to garnish ea lime wedge
