Directions

  1. Prepare a griddle or panini press
  2. Butter one side of each of the bread slices
  3. Place one bread slice buttered side down on the griddle. Top with Slices, tomato and basil
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top buttered side up. Griddle 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing slightly during griddling. Bread should be golden brown and cheese should be melted

  • 2 slices ea sourdough bread (or your preference)
  • 2 tbsp ea vegan butter, softened
  • optional ea fresh basil
  • 2 ea Vitalite™ plant-based cheddar style slices
  • 2 ea heirloom tomato slices, cut ¼” thick
