Bloomin’ Apples With Vanilla Ice Cream - Turkey Hill

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a medium baking dish with cooking spray
- In a small bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon
- Slice tops off apples and core them. Cut two circles downward inside each apple, leaving bottom intact. Place cut side down and slice vertically from bottom to cut edge without cutting through the core to form petals
- Place cut apples in a small baking dish (cut side up). Fill each apple with two caramel squares, then brush melted butter and sugar mixture on top
- Bake until the apples are tender, about 30 minutes
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with caramel
