Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon – Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half
- Cook the bacon slices until crispy. Once cooked, crumble into small pieces
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in the honey glaze until they are well coated. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the Brussels sprouts, distributing it evenly
- Spread the Brussels sprouts and bacon mixture evenly on a lined, greased baking sheet
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized and tender, tossing them halfway through for even cooking
- Once roasted, transfer the Brussels sprouts and bacon to a serving dish and enjoy!

- 4 ea slices of Urban Meadow bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow olive oil
- 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow honey
- 1 tsp ea Urban Meadow Dijon mustard
- To taste ea Urban Meadow salt and pepper
