Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Toss onions with vinegar in bowl; let stand 10 min
  3. Heat chipotle peppers and honey together in medium skillet on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Stir in chicken
  4. Spread chips onto large ovenproof plate; top with chicken, beans and cheese
  5. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted
  6. Drain onions; discard vinegar. Top nachos with onions, jalapeno peppers, radishes and salsa. Serve with sour cream

  • 2-Jan ea small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp ea red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ea finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tbsp ea honey
  • 1 1/2 cups ea shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 6 cups ea tortilla chips (6 oz.)
  • 1 cup ea rinsed canned black beans
  • 1 1/2 cups ea KRAFT Signature Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup ea sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 cup ea sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup ea mango salsa or salsa of choice
  • 1/4 cup ea sour cream
  • Cilantro, ea for garnish
