Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie - Stone Ridge Creamery

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 12 inch cast iron skillet and set aside
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer add the melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Using a paddle attachment, mix until smooth
  3. Add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla and mix to combine
  4. Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix on low until all of the ingredients are incorporated, about 2-3 minutes
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips
  6. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared cast iron skillet. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 8-10 minutes. Top with Stoneridge Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream just before serving

  • 2 cups ea all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ea cornstarch
  • 3/4 tsp ea baking soda
  • 1 tsp ea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups ea semi sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 4 to 6 ea scoops of Stoneridge Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream
