Directions

  1. Make a foil bag by folding two 12”x12” pieces of aluminum foil in half, giving it a little crease. Next, fold the sides, creasing along the edge with each fold. Place on a baking sheet when done
  2. Preheat oven to 400ºF and add all the ingredients to foil bag, then stir
  3. Bake for 12 minutes, then allow to cool for 10 minutes. Eat now or pack in containers and refrigerate for another day! Enjoy!

  • 2 cups ea penne pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 cup ea rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 1/4 cup ea Urban Meadow frozen broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup ea alfredo sauce
  • 1 tsp ea Urban Meadow salt
  • 1 tsp ea Urban Meadow pepper
