Crispy Potato Wedges - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika then set aside
- Soak potato wedges in hot water, covered, for 10-minutes. Drain, pat dry and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mix and toss to coat. Arrange potato wedges on a parchment lined baking pan and bake for 30 minutes
- Remove pan from oven, flip potato wedges over and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with salt and parsley. Enjoy!

- 2 lbs. russet potato, quartered wedges
- 4 tbsp Urban Meadow olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Urban Meadow salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Water, as needed
