Nutty Caramel Apples - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Rinse apples. Remove the stem from each apple and press a craft stick into the top. Place the apples on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes
- While apples are in freezer, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in the sugar, corn syrup and milk. Continue stirring about 12-15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately stir in the vanilla until well mixed
- Remove apples from freezer and dip each apple one at a time in the caramel mixture
- Pour your choice of nuts onto a plate. Roll each apple in the nuts and return to the baking sheet. Refrigerate the apples for 15 minutes to set, then enjoy!

- 6 ea apples of your choice
- 6 ea wooden craft sticks
- 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow salted butter
- 1 cup ea Urban Meadow organic light brown sugar
- 1 cup ea corn syrup
- 14 oz. ea Urban Meadow sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp ea vanilla extract
- 1 cup ea chopped nuts, your choice
