Fried Pickles - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Heat 1 1/2-2 inches of oil in a pot over medium-high heat to 375ºF
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper and water and mix until smooth
- Coat pickles in the batter and fry for about 1 1/2-2 minutes or until golden. Remove and let drain on paper towels
- Serve with ketchup or sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup ea all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ea Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp ea garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ea Urban Meadow salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow gallon water
- 32 oz. ea Urban Meadow Kosher dill pickles, sliced, drained and dried
- Urban Meadow ketchup, ea for dipping
