Creamy Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Bacon - Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 375°F
  2. CUT 1/4-inch-thick slice off top of garlic head to expose tops of cloves; place garlic, cut side up, on sheet of foil. Drizzle with oil; wrap in foil. Place in shallow pan
  3. ROAST 45 min. or until garlic is tender. Cool slightly
  4. MEANWHILE, cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 min. or until tender; drain. Return potatoes to pan
  5. SQUEEZE garlic cloves to remove roasted garlic. Add to potatoes along with remaining ingredients
  6. BEAT with mixer until desired consistency. Top with bacon
  7. VARIATION: prepare these flavorful mashed potatoes using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and fat-free milk
