Directions
- Add 3oz honey simple syrup and 1oz lemon juice to short glass. Top with ice and 8oz of Topo Chico
- Prepare double espresso (1.5oz-2oz) and pour over top
- Garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

- 3 oz. ea honey simple syrup (Mix one part honey and one part hot water)
- 1 oz. ea lemon juice
- Ice, ea for serving
- 8 oz. ea Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water
- 1 ea double espresso (1.5oz-2oz)
- 1 ea lemon wedge and 1 sprig of rosemary, for garnish
