Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F
  2. Thinly slice the apples and place into a bowl of water and squeezed lemons, microwave for 30sec intervals until softened
  3. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar
  4. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into strips, brush with melted butter and top with cinnamon sugar blend, and layer the apple slices along the edge
  5. Gently fold the botton half of dough over the apple slices and roll dough into a rose shape
  6. Place puff pastry roses into a greased muffin tin
  7. Bake until golden, serve warm or at room temperature. Dust with powdered sugar before serving

  • 2 tbsp ea ground cinnamon
  • 1 (17.25 oz) box ea frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
  • 1/2 stick ea Urban Meadow unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp ea Urban Meadow powdered sugar
