Directions

  1. Toss Urban Meadow tater tots in vegetable oil and cook accoridng to package directions until golden and crispy
  2. While tots bake, warm General Tso sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until heated through
  3. Once tots are done, transfer to a large mixing bowl. Pour warmed General Tso sauce over tots and toss gently to coat
  4. Plate and garnish with sliced scallions and sesame sees if using. Serve hot and enjoy the perfect fushion of cripsy and saucy!

  • 1/2 cup ea General Tso Sauce
  • 2 ea Scallions
  • 1 tsp ea Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp ea Urban Meadow vegetable oil
