Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil
  2. In a small saucepan over lw heat, melt butter. Whisk in Urban Meadow Hot Sauce until smooth and combined - this is your homade buffalo sauce
  3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cream cheese until fully incorporated
  4. Spread the chicken mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese
  5. Arrange Urban Meadow tater tots in a single layer over the mixture
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until tots are golden and the casserole is bubbling
  7. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of cheese, return to oven for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with scallions and serve hot! Enjoy!
