Barbecue Chicken Nachos - Bush's

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix chicken with barbecue sauce, set aside
- Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan
- Top chips with beans, chicken, queso and jalapenos
- Bake in oven 10 minutes or until beans are warm
- Serve with sour cream & pickled onions if desired
- Place onions in heat proof bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan & bring to a boil. Pour liquid over onions and let cool to room temperature before serving, about 30 minutes. Leftover onions can be stored in refrigerator 4 days

- 1 lb. ea barbecue chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup ea barbecue sauce
- 1 pkg. ea (10-12 oz) tortilla chips
- 1 can ea (28 oz) Bush’s® Original Baked Beans
- 1 cup ea queso
- 1/4 cup ea jalapenos, sliced
- 1/4 cup ea sour cream (optional)
- 1/3 cup ea pickled onions (optional)
- 1 ea medium red onion, thinly sliced, for pickled red onions
- 1/2 cup ea water
- 1/2 cup ea apple cider vinegar, for pickled red onions
- 1 tsp ea salt, for pickled red onions
- 1 tbsp ea sugar, for pickled red onions
