Key Lime Pie – Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust
- Bake crust for 8–10 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest until smooth
- Pour filling into the crust and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until just set (center should jiggle slightly)
- Cool pie to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably 4) until fully chilled
- For the topping, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and lime garnish

- 1 can ea Urban Meadow sweetened condensed milk
- 4 ea Urban Meadow large eggs (yolks)
- 1/2 cup ea fresh lime juice (about 12–15 limes)
- 1 cup ea Urban Meadow heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow powdered sugar
- 1 ea Lime slice or zest, for garnish
