Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper #2 Set up three bowls: one with flour with a pinch of salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and the last with a mix of panko and coconut
  2. Coat shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then press into coconut-panko mix. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crispy. Serve with our Tropical Mango Pineapple Salsa (recipe in our recipe center!) enjoy!
