Grilled Peach, Pesto & Burrata Flatbread – Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Place half of the dough, that has been worked to your desired shape and thickness, on top of a baking sheet coasted with Urban Meadow olive oil. Bake for 7 minutes or until slightly golden brown
- Using a grill or stovetop, cook the sliced peaches for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they have grill marks or look caramelized. Tip: lightly spread Urban Meadow olive oil onto peaches before cooking to prevent sticking
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and layer with half the burrata pieces and peaches. Drizzle with pesto, then return to the oven for 3–5 min, until burrata is slightly melted and edges are golden. Tip: pat burrata dry first to prevent sogginess.
- Top the flatbreads with a drizzle of hot honey, and a sprinkle of Urban Meadow parmesan cheese before slicing and enjoying!

- 3 Tbsp ea Urban Meadow parmesan cheese, divided for garnish
