Directions
- In a pot combine Grace Coconut Milk, water and fresh seasonings. Stir, cover and bring to a boil
- Add salt and rice and stir. Cover and reduce heat, allow to simmer until grains are cooked
- Serve hot with your favourite protein

- 2 Sprigs Thyme
- 2 Stalks Escallion (crushed)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (shredded)
- 6 Pimento seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cups Grace Rice
