Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add red onion & red bell pepper, and cook until soft, about 5 minutes
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add chili powder and cumin
- Stir until combined, season with salt & pepper
- Add ground beef and cook until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Top with diced tomatoes and black beans and stir until combined
- Stir in hot sauce, and Mexican cheese blend
- Cover until melted, about 1-2 minutes, then garnish with green onions and serve!

- 2 cups Urban Meadow® Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
