American Flag Watermelon Feta Salad - Urban Meadow

Directions
- For the dressing, whisk olive oil, lime juice and honey in a bowl
- Cut feta and watermelon into cubes
- Add a thin layer of arugula to a rectangular platter. On the top left corner, lay down a square of blueberries. Add alternating rows of watermelon and feta cubes
- Top with dressing and serve!

- 1 1/4 cups ea feta,ʣrumbled
- 1 dry pint container ea blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ea Urban Meadow olive oil
- 1 ea lime,ʪuiced
- 1 teaspoon ea Urban Meadow organic honey
