Directions
- In a Dutch oven or heavy bottomed pot, heat oil on medium heat. Add onion and cook for 4 minutes. Add garlic and shrimp and cook another minute
- Stir in seasonings, beer and lemon juice. Mix well then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook uncovered 15 minutes. Stir in ketchup, hot sauce and parsley. Serve with Gold Peak Zero Sugar

- 2 tbsp ea Extra virgin olive oil
- 2-Jan ea Onion, finely chopped
- 5 ea Cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 lb ea Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tail on
- 2 ea Envelopes Sazon with coriander and annatto
- 2 tsp ea Garlic powder
- 1 tsp ea Kosher salt
- 1 tsp ea Onion powder
- 1 tsp ea Paprika
- 1 ea 12 oz. bottle of Beer (Substitute Chicken Broth if needed)
- 1 tsp ea Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/8 cup ea Ketchup
- 1/8 cup ea Hot Sauce
- 3 tbsp ea Parsley, freshly chopped
