Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine corn, sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeno, cilantro, 3/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  3. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese
  4. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh sliced vegetables
