Chipotle Chicken Nachos - Kraft

Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F
- Toss onions with vinegar in bowl; let stand 10 min
- Heat chipotle peppers and honey together in medium skillet on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Stir in chicken
- Spread chips onto large ovenproof plate; top with chicken, beans and cheese
- Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted
- Drain onions; discard vinegar. Top nachos with onions, jalapeno peppers, radishes and salsa. Serve with sour cream

- 2-Jan ea small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp ea red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup ea finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp ea honey
- 1 1/2 cups ea shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 6 cups ea tortilla chips (6 oz.)
- 1 cup ea rinsed canned black beans
- 1 1/2 cups ea KRAFT Signature Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup ea sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup ea sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup ea mango salsa or salsa of choice
- 1/4 cup ea sour cream
- Cilantro, ea for garnish
