Directions

  1. Bake Urban Meadow tater tots according to package directions until golden and crispy
  2. While tots are baking, cook Urban Meadow bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then crumble
  3. Once tots are done, remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with shredded cheese and rumbled bacon. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted
  4. Transfer loaded tots to a serving platter. Top with sliced scallions and a dollop of sour cream if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • 6 slices ea Urban Meadow bacon
  • 1 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow Mexican style four cheese blend
  • 3 ea Scallions
