Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray
- Cube the chicken slices ready to layer onto the nachos
- Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepped baking sheet. Top with chicken, black beans, tomatoes, corn, and cheeses
- Place into oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted, about 5-6 minutes
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings like tomato, onion, jalapeño, sour cream, and cilantro
