Directions
- Melt coconut butter over medium heat
- Add flour and stir until smooth
- Add coconut milk and a dash of paprika and salt to taste
- Stir continuously on low heat until thickened
- Remove from heat and combine Violife Just Like Cheddar Shreds
- Stir until completely melted
- Place tortilla chips in a large bowl. Add cheese sauce, a generous sprinkling of fresh cilantro and chopped jalapeño peppers to taste

- 1/4 cup ea coconut butter
- 3/4 cup ea coconut milk
- 1 tbsp ea Urban Meadow® flour
- to taste ea paprika
- to taste ea Urban Meadow® salt
