Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°, line rimmed baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate
- Spread fries in single layer on prepared pan and spray with cooking spray; bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, stirring once. Top fries with queso dip and bacon; bake 10 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 10 cups
- Serve nachos topped with radishes, avocado, tomato and jalapeños; drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions. Enjoy with Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Smartwater

- 1 jar salsa con queso dip (15 oz)
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup drained pickled jalapeños
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
