In the same skillet, heat cream cheese and tomatoes over medium heat 4–5 minutes until smooth. Stir in chiles, cheese, and beef mixture; cook 5 minutes until melted and hot. Pour into a bowl, top with green onion and cilantro, and serve warm with chips
