Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray
  2. In 4-quart saucepan, make both potatoes pouches as directed
  3. Reserve 1 cup cheese, 3 Tbsp bacon, and ¼ cup green onions for topping. Mix remaining cheese, bacon, onions, pepper, and cream cheese into potatoes. Spoon into a dish, top with reserved cheese, and bake 15–20 min until golden and puffed
  4. Garnish with reserved crumbled bacon and green onions

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)

  • A sprinkle of green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 8 oz package Urban Meadow® Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
