Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Cook sausage 3–5 min until browned. Layer sausage, artichokes, and cheese in pie shell. Beat eggs, cream, and seasonings; pour in. Bake at 350°F for 15 min, then at 325°F for 20 min until set. Rest 10 min before slicing
Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) pkg Aidells® artichoke & garlic sausage, chopped
- 1 (10 oz) pkg canned or frozen artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese, grated
- 1 deep dish pie shell
- 4 Urban Meadow® eggs
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/2 tsp Urban Meadow® salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
