Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chips on large ovenproof serving platter. Top with pulled pork, cheese, tomato, onion and jalapeño
  2. Bake until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with sour cream

  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
  • 2 cups Pulled pork prepared using McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Tomato, finely chopped
  • 8 ounce Tortilla chips, (about 8 cups)
