Directions

  1. Boil water and vanilla in pot. Add rice, stir, then cover and cook 22 min until water is absorbed. Soften Breyers Cookies & Cream, stir sugar into rice, fold in ice cream, and cook 2 min more. Divide into bowls and top with whipped cream and cookie crumbs
  2. Add a sliced strawberries for extra fun!

  • 1 tsp ea mexican vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ea Urban Meadow® short grain rice
  • 3 tbsp ea Urban Meadow® sugar
  • 2 cups ea Breyers Cookies & Cream Ice Cream
  • to taste ea Urban Meadow® whipped cream
  • to taste ea chocolate cookie crumbs
  • optional ea strawberries
