Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin and cut off the crusts. Place a sausage link at the edge of a slice of bread and roll it up. Repeat for each sausage link and bread slice
Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, flour and vanilla. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, then pan-fry in buttered skillet over medium-high heat until all sides are golden brown. Drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
