Egg Bites - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and position a rack in the center
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line it with silicone muffin cups
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined
- Distribute the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly among the muffin cups. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheddar in each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full. Gently tap the muffin tin on the counter to remove any air bubbles
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are puffy, set, and slightly golden on top. Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes
- Using a knife, carefully remove the egg bites from the muffin cups. Serve the bacon and cheddar egg bites warm

- 4 ea slices Urban Meadow bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup ea milk
- Urban Meadow salt and pepper ea to taste
