Homemade Granola Bars - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper
- In a medium saucepan, combine maple syrup, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is smooth, and the sugar is dissolved (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat
- In a large bowl, combine oats, chocolate chips, dried fruit, and nuts
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well-coated and evenly mixed
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Press it down firmly with a spatula or the back of a spoon to compact the mixture
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow them to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a cutting board. Once completely cooled, slice into 12 bars. Enjoy!
