Directions
- Heat baked beans per package directions
- In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper
- To assemble, divide cooked rice among 4 bowls. Top with chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, tomatoes, avocado, and jalapeno
- Serve with green onions and barbecue sauce

- 3 cups ea coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp ea mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ea apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp ea salt

- 3 cups ea cooked rice
- 1 lb. ea grilled barbecue chicken, sliced
- 2 cups ea cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ea avocado, sliced
- 1 ea jalapeno, sliced
