Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl
- Place butter mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a log about 1½-inches in diameter
- Chill the butter log one to two hours until mostly firm
- Serve sliced butter rounds on bread, crackers or toppings for pancakes or waffles
