Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos - Liberty Coke

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°, line rimmed baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil. In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate
- In large bowl, stir cream cheese, onions, chicken, Cheddar cheese, seasoning and bacon. Makes about 1 3/4 cups
- In batches, on griddle or in large skillet, cook tortillas over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Cover to keep warm
- Lay tortillas flat, add 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp cheese filling to the bottom half. Roll tightly, seam side down, on a prepared pan. Brush with oil and bake 20 min at 400°F until golden. Makes 12 taquitos
- Serve taquitos with hot sauce and/or dressing sprinkled with onions, if desired. Enjoy with Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Smartwater

- 1 cup ea shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
- 1/2 cup ea shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp ea ranch seasoning
- 12 ea (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 2 tbsp ea olive oil
