S'mores Bites - Urban Meadow®

Directions
- Line muffin cooking sheet with pieces of wax paper
- Place pretzel piece in a bowl
- Melt 2 cups of your chocolate chips
- Remove chocolate chips from heat and pour into your bowl of pretzels and fold
- In clumps, place coated pretzels at the bottom of each section of the muffin cooking sheet. This will form your s’more base
- Place the muffin cooking sheet in the refrigerator for one hour to set the chocolate
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit
- Mix together butter, salt and graham cracker crumbs
- Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake for eight minutes
- Remove muffin sheet and gently remove each s'mores base
- Melt remaining chocolate and spread on top of each pretzel base. Sprinkle on graham cracker crumbs and top with marshmallows!

- 2 cups Urban Meadow® pretzels
- 2 1/2 cups Urban Meadow® milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Urban Meadow® graham crackers
- 4 tbsp melted Urban Meadow® butter
- dash Urban Meadow® salt
- 1 1/2 cups Urban Meadow® mini marshmallows
