Apple Cheddar Crostata - Kraft

Directions
- Pulse flour and butter in a food processor until mixture resembles coarse meal. Gradually add water, pulsing until dough forms and pulls from the sides. Add ½ cup cheese; pulse to combine.
- Transfer dough to work surface; knead gently just until blended. Shape into ball; flatten into disk. Wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour
- Heat oven to 425°F. Unwrap dough; place between 2 lightly floured sheets of waxed paper. Roll into 11-inch circle. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheet
- Mix ½ cup sugar and cinnamon; toss with apples and lemon juice. Let sit 10 min. Spoon filling into crust, leaving 3 edge. Fold and pleat edges over apples. Brush crust with milk and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until crust is golden brown, and apple mixture is hot and bubbly, topping with remaining cheese after 25 min

- 1/4 tsp ea ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ea lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ea milk
- Fresh thyme, ea for garnish
