Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 9 inch pie pan and set aside
  2. In a large bowl add the peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix to combine, ensuring the peaches are fully coated
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pan
  4. To make the topping, in a medium sized bowl stir together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and stir to combine
  5. Sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
  8. Serve with Stone Ridge Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream
