Toaster Pastry - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Unroll crust onto a sheet of parchment paper and cut into 3x5 rectangles. Knead the scraps together, roll the crust back out, and repeat the process until all the crust is used up. Lay 8 pieces of cut crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Add 1½ Tbsp jam to the center of each rectangle. Beat egg and water for an egg wash; brush edges. Place another crust on top, pinch edges, and seal with a fork. Poke holes on top with a fork, then brush the entire pastry with the egg wash before baking
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat this process with all the remaining pastries
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Urban Meadow organic powdered sugar, Urban Meadow heavy cream, and vanilla extract to create icing. Once cooled, spread icing over top of each pastry. Add sprinkles while the icing is still wet or enjoy as is

- 1 1/4 cup ea Urban Meadow Jam (strawberry)
- 1 ea Urban Meadow large white egg
- 1 Tsp ea water
- 1 Cup ea Urban Meadow Organic powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp ea Urban Meadow heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp ea vanilla extract
- Sprinkles, ea to garnish
