Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mix ¾ cup sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice and blueberries
  3. Place dough on a greased pie dish and pour berry mixture into the crust. Cut remaining pastry into ½ inch wide strips, and weave into a lattice
  4. Lightly brush the top of the pie crust with the egg/milk mixture and sprinkle the top with remaining sugar
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!

  • 4 teaspoons ea active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon, separated Urban Meadow® Granulated Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ea cornstarch
  • 1/4 tablespoon ea Urban Meadow® Iodized Salt
  • 1 tablespoon ea lemon juice
  • 4 cups ea fresh blueberries
  • 1 package ea refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 ea large egg (beaten with 1 tablespoon milk)
