Directions

  1. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter and pat into bottom of a 9x13 inch pan and freeze
  2. Slice ice cream and layer on top of cookie crust and freeze
  3. Boil milk, sugar, butter and chocolate for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly
  4. Cool and pour over ice cream and freeze
  5. Spread Cool Whip over this and top with salted peanuts

  • 1 large pkg ea Oreos, crushed
  • 1/4 cup ea Urban Meadow® butter, melted
  • 1 container ea Turkey Hill Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 large can ea Urban Meadow® evaporated milk
  • 1 cup ea Urban Meadow® sugar
  • 1 or 2 squares ea Unsweetened Chocolate
  • to taste ea Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • to taste ea Urban Meadow® salted peanuts
